Restocking Fee Unfortunately due to abuse and fraud, when multiple of the same item is purchased and returned a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover processing costs. This helps us keep offering free shipping on all orders. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags within the time frame for returns on the product listing
Processing Time
3-5 business days
Return Policy If the return is due to supplier error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc), the supplier will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc), the customer is responsible for return postage.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
