RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Great Hall Collections, we curate pieces from artisans, designers, and manufacturers around the world. Because each item comes from a different region, processing and return windows may vary by product. For clarity and consistency, the following is our unified store policy.


Return Window

We offer a 15–30 day return period, depending on the product’s originating vendor.
The exact return window for each item is listed directly on its product page.

You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.


Package Protection (Route)

If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout, please contact Route first to open a claim. Route will determine whether the issue involves loss, damage, or theft before we process your return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send the package

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If Route Protection was purchased, please file a claim with Route first.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, plants)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return for the item you have. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Restocking Fee

Due to ongoing abuse and fraud involving multiple purchases of the same item, a 10% restocking fee will apply when multiple quantities of the same product are purchased and returned. This helps us continue offering free shipping on orders.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
